How to Open restricted MSAccess Files

Hello,
I m trying to open Some MsAccess Database. But its not opening bcz of the restriction. While clicking the file its showing read only access to the file. If press ok its not showing any tables, query, form, report and pages. Its not only one file some other databases also showing same problem. These databases are linked one VBApplication.
Please give me some solution to open this database to open tables, forms and report

In Tools - Options under the advanced tab make sure that Default Open Mode is set to Shared.

Its Set shared. Can u give some other suggestion. I m trying from past few days. But i m not able to open still.

When i m open the form its showing message like "you don;t have permission to run" "to run this object you must have open/run permission for it. For more information click help".

You will have to ask the database administrator to change your profile to include the required permissions. These are probably set up in Access Security in an mdw file.
