Temperature sensor database question

Hey...

I am getting readings sent from a temperature sensor every second and want to know how to create a small database that continuosly updates the values and stores all the readings for future reference, with the
headings:date,time,temperature and relative humidity.

You are asking the experts to design your database for you. Try setting it up yourself with basic tables and also you will have to let us know how you are receiving the temperature data.

Start by setting up as much as you can and then ask specific questions of the experts on how to proceed.

For instance when you have your tables created ask for some advice on whether the structure is correct.

Let us know what format you are receiving the temperature data in and we will help you to incorporate that information.

We can then based on specific questions give you information of how to calculate the required data.
