how to get the contents of a control on a filtered form?

I have a form that displays the contents of a table. I want to be able to apply filters though the form and then base an insert query on the filtered data to create a new row to match each row in the filtered data.
Is there a way to get the filtered data from the Id field / control from this form?

Thanks

If you want to get the filtered data you can do it using code...

Like this one...

Dim myr as recordset

Set myr=Forms!Myform.recordset.clone

Myr.movefirst
-----
seeking the filtered records in your form and treat them
-----
myr.movenext
Myr.close
