Printing problems from Citrix

P: n/a

I have an access 2000 application that is run as an mde from CITRIX.
Each user running the application gets their own copy of the mde.
access is just used as the front end forms the actual database is in
oracle. All the users connect through the same odbc driver to the
database. My problem is on the same report at random times when the
user presses the print button (standard print button on tool bar) they
will get one of the following error messages.

This action can't be carried out while processing a form or report
A macro specified as the OnOpen, OnClose, OnFormat, OnRetreat, OnPage
or OnPrint property setting contains an invalid action for the

The expression you entered On Format you entered as the event property
setting produced the following error: Systemname can't find the field
"Reports" referred to in your expression
*The expression may not result in the name of a macro, the name of a
user-defined founction or [event procedure]
*There may have been an error evaluating the function, event or macro

When clicking ok on this error they can various random error messages
and the system hangs.
If they close it and start the application sometimes it will work
properly or they get the same error message and need to exit and start
again till it works.

Does anyone have any suggestions what might be causing this?
