updating primary keys in other tables automatically

10
Hi, I curently have 7 tables in my db, all with the same primary key, and 1 form showing all these fields (primary key form only 1 table). Is there anyway that once a primary key has been entered on the form that it can update all the other primary keys (in this case hospital id). I need to be able to do this so that the form will show the information when i re-enter (ie all tables must have entered information for the form to appear again). Or do i need to re-organise my db? Any advice would be greatly appreciated as ive tried a few different things and not getting anywhere!!!

cheers

If you select 'Tools / Relationships...' This will allow you to set up rules about relationships between tables.
Set up the links, play with the options, and you should have what you need.
