Glad to help: From the database window, on the menu, Tools | Relationships.

Use the Show Table icon on the Toolbar, or the Show Table under
Relationships on the Relationships window menu to add the Tables of interest
to the Relationships window. Then click and drag the Key Field of one Table
to the Key Field of the other Table.

Click the relationship line to highlight it, then right-click it and choose
Edit Relationship to set the properties.

Good luck with your Access Database Software application.
