enter data into a table

There is a subform embedded into a Main Form...
Subform is standing for entering data into a table...

There is a combobox on the Main Form...
How Combo Box value can be added into table to which we enter data from
subform? I mean, when you enter 10 new items in the subform, combo box
value should take place for a specific column ot that table for every
new 10 item...

Am I clear?

OK, from what you said I think you want to default a value into a text box
in a subform datasheet, based on the currently selected value in a combo box
on the parent form, whenever a new record is inserted into the datasheet.

If this is what you want you'll be pleased to know its very straightforward.
On the subforms "Form_BeforeInsert" event, add code to default a value into
the textbox.
Something like:

txtTextBoxToReceiveDefaultValue = Form_MainForm.cboComboBox.Value

Hope this helps
