text is getting fuzzy

Ok, this is going to sound weird but I just recently upgraded to Access 2003
(fyi in case this is an A2k bug or something) and I'm working on a form from
a db that I converted from A97. There are about a half dozen check boxes
with labels. Each label is formated the same way...same font, size,
justification, etc. Looks great. I use the nav buttons to go to the next
record and the labels all get a little darker, move to the next record and
they get still darker and a bit blurry. If I close the form and open it
again, the labels start out fine and getter blurry as I change records. The
same does not happen with any other label or control. I put a new text
control and a new label on the form and they did not experience this
phenomenon. Put another new check box and boom, it changes. Anyone else have
this problem? Any thoughts on a solution?

No idea... Maybe not drinking between records? Or is it the
HaveAnotherDrink() sub executing in the OnCurrent event of your form?

Oh, just kidding!!!

I can't beleive someone else has had this issue!!!!

I used to get exactly the same problem 3 - 4 years ago and I just
assumed it was the graphics card/monitor I was using.
I was using Access 2000, and the text would progressively blur until I
had to close out of the Access database/app, sometimes re-boot, then
start over again.

I never found an association or link to Access, but it would always
happen when I was in designing a form and flicking over to open it.

I've since moved on from the company I was with, and haven't
experienced it since - although regretably I don't get nearly enough
time dedicated to using Access, but that's another
story................

Not much help I'm afraid, but thought I'd share my experience.

Hope you get a solution.

Cheers

Phil
