Open an Excel file from Access

I want to export a table to Excel then open it .......

DoCmd.TransferSpreadsheet acExport, 3, "Table", "ExcelTable", True

..... exports it ... I would like to open it, and possibly even close Access!

Ideas?

"C:\FolderName\FileName.xls", True

Application.FollowHyperlink "C:\FolderName\FileName.xls"

DoCmd.Quit
