Multiple similar fields into one query

i am using one query of an inventory of signs that I have and need to
compare that with 4 sign fields within a master query that keeps track
of where those signs are located and then pulls the address and other
information into that combined query for a report to print from. I can
get only one sign with information to pull into it, but i need up to
the four different sign field to cross check and pull. any ideas?
