multipul records to a client

I have entered this thread before but i am still having problems can anybody help?

Im running access2003 and building a simple database. The tables im interested in are:

[Client Information]
And
[Order Entry]

I have a relationship of one to many between these two tables. Client Info has the primary key and is indexed to NO Duplicates. I have also built a query that askes for the account number of the client. This then enters the Order Entry page for an order to be entered. The problem im having is access will only alow me to enter 1 order entry for that client. I need to be able to add variouse entrys to the the order entry for that customer so as to build a history of all items bought?

Not sure were im going wrong but any help would be much appreciated.

Kind regards
Brian

You need a CustomerID and an OrderID.
The [Order Entry] PK (or at least a unique key with no duplicates) should be made up of the CustomerID AND the OrderID together in the one index.
