Automatically flagging a date T+30 days

I have a simple database in Access which tracks employee information. These employees require regular security processing to continue working.
I have dates recorded for their last security screening, I need to flag or have an automatic prompt to inform the end user when we are 30 days out from the next screening due date.
Any suggestions for this rookie user?

Do you want to produce a monthly report showing all employees due to be screened within the next 60 days.

Base the report on a query. This query assumes 1 year between screenings

SELECT field1, field2, field3, LastScreeningDate, etc
FROM TableName
WHERE ([LastScreeningDate]+365) BETWEEN Date() And Date()+60;
