Plugin ocx error

P: 1
Am using Access 2003, with a database I set up several years ago. It has worked perfectly until today, when I suddenly got the error message "Your Microsoft Access database contains a missing or broken reference to the file 'plugin.ocx' version 1.0"

When I go beyond this, data in the database no longer displays on a form as it did - the order is random - printing of reports is affected, etc.

Any suggestions where to now?

It sounds like you're missing a library reference. Go to the VB Editor and go to Tools - References. Check the list of ticked libraries to see if one is marked as Missing:
