Total All Groups But One

P: 41
Hi, I have a report that sums all the groups (General Ledger numbers) on my report. There is one group that I do not want included in the sum. Here is what I have now:

=Sum([qryCostCenters]![Debit])

When the GL Number = 99999, I do not want that group to be included in the sum. Any ideas on how I can do this? Thanks in advance. Oh, its Access 2k

If you don't want the GL99999 to ever show up in this report - you could make your query omit them before they ever go to the report by doing a not GL99999 in the criteria.

Hi. Thanks but I need GL99999 to show up on the report. It is a year end manual adjustment. I just can't have it add up in the totals for debit. Any ideas?
