Calendar out of sync

I downloaded a Ray Corbin Access database for scheduling students and classes. In a calendar form in that database, the days of the month are out of sync. The calendar shows, for example, 10/10/06 falling on a Monday while Tuesday is correct.
How can I fix this?
I am using Access 2003.
Thanks for your consideration.

I found the problem. Apparently you blokes start your weeks with Monday. I changed the week start to Sunday to suit local practice.
