Copying Values between subforms in tabpages

P: 1
Hello,

I hope someone can help me with this, cause I'm trying a lot of things, but without success....

For information:
I 've created a database in Microsoft Access 2000, for telephony registration.
The database has 4 tables named; "Gebruikers", "Toestellen", "Simkaarten" and "uitgiftegegevens"

I'm working on a form named; "uitgiftegegevens" and it's based on the table "Gebruikers". In this form I created three subforms (in a tab named: "Tab", pages 0,1,2) Those Subforms are based on the tables; Toestellen", "Simkaarten" and "uitgiftegegevens". Al tables are related with the 'gebruikersID' in the mainform of the table 'Gebruikers'.

Now, I want to copy automatically when leaving the field 'uitgiftegegevens.toestel' from the tab "SubUitgifte1" to the Tab "SubToestellen1" recordfield 'toestellen.serienummer. They are related to eachother, but not in the form.
Item: 'uitgiftegegeven.toestel' = 'toestel.serienummer'

I tried a lot of things like:

Me![subToestellen1]![serienummer] = Me![toestel].value
Forms![subToestellen1]![serienummer] = Me![toestel].value

But I often got errors like: "could find subToestellen1"

I hope someone can help me with this. I've to admit that I'm not an expert in programming....

Thanks in advantage!
