Count of jobs per day

Hi,

I'm quite new to Access, and I've created a database to serve as a help desk in out IT department.

How can I get a report/graph to show the number of calls opened & closed on each day?

Thanks
Darren

Create a new query, add the date-, open/closed- and incidentnumberfields. Use the Group By function and use Count on the incidentnumberfield. Then create a new report, choose autoreport to start with, choose the query above as source and create the report. Then you can experiment with crosstabbing the open/closed field, totals, layout, etc..

Good luck, Sander
