criteria problem

hi all !

i have a query to bring out results in a table however the criteria of
names that it brings out is from another query.access wont let me do
this in the query builder.how can i do this or maybe im doing it the
wrong way ??

Hi Brino,

You can do it in the query grid with a little mucking about.

I will assume vNameList as the name of the query with the list of names
that you want to use as criteria.

Open vNameList in Design view, switch to SQL view and copy the SQL
script.

Open your final query, and in the critieria enter
IN ()

and paste your SQL script in between the braces.
