Need template for Mail list database in Access

I am looking for a mail list database template to use in Access for a company that does massive direct mail marketing. Current system is ancient. I am definitely not a programmer and am looking for a template that could be tweaked a little and/or someone who can assist me with this project as well as other similar projects. Any and all comments and suggestions will be appreciated. And if you recommend a different program than Access, let me know that too. Thanks!
