Printing disclaimer on the bottom of the last page in a report

P: 1
I am attempting to print a disclaimer using the page footer, but only want this disclaimer to show up on the last page of the report. I can not use the report footer, because I need the diclaimer to show up below the page footer. I am having two problems. First In PageFooter2_Print :

If Page = Pages Then
Me.PDTitle.Visible = True
Me.PDText.Visible = True
Else
Me.PDTitle.Visible = False
Me.PDText.Visible = False
End If
----------

Initially when I tried this code, it worked, but now Access 2003 is reporting Pages = 0 on each iteration of the Print Code.

Also, I am attempting to get the footer to resize based on whether the disclaimer is there or not ... any thought or suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks
