SendObject, "To" argument in Macro Usage

Background:
I am new to MS Access. I have created a db which contains software inventory information. I would like to utilize a field in the db that contains email addresses of people responsible for software currency. I have created a query that will extract selected information from a table (I have created the same query for all tables in the db because each table contains software inventory data for different areas, e.g. Unix, Intel). The resulting recordset has the field I would like to leverage for the "to" argument of the SendObject action. I am using the macro builder provided in MS Access. I have identified the object type as a query; the object name as the query name, e.g. qry_deskside_software; the output format as MS Excel. I have run the action successfully using only a single email address for testing.

Objective:
By running the macro, I want an email sent to the email addresses found in the specified field of the FIRST row of the query recordset (the email address field is the same in all rows for the unique tables). The query recordset will be formatted as an MS Excel spreadsheet and sent as an attachment in the email to the email addressees.

Question:
How to leverage a field and use it in the "to" argument of SendObject action
More important, is this the correct approach to accomplishing what I would like to do?

Any direction you can provide would be appreciated. Thank you.
