Subform will not enter data

I have a form that displays data. I have a subform I created in the form, saved, deleted from form layout, and a command button that opens that subform. It works perfectly until I try to enter the information into the subform and save it. I get an error when trying to tab out of the subform which states "The Microsoft Jet database engine cannot find a record in the table 'Calculation Lookup Table' with key matching field(s) 'Subfunctions.SubCCN'."

In my Calculation Lookup Table there is a field named SubCCN. This field has a relationship with the Subfunctions table field SubCCN. This is a One (calculation lookup table) to Many (subfunctions) relationship. I dont know quite understand why it can't match the fields if there is a relationship already in place.

I need this layout becuase if I have separate forms based on the user selecting YES or NO. I have tried this using tabs and a option box but cannot force the form to display the YES tab when selecting the YES option, and the NO tab when the NO is selected. A solution or help with either would be appreciated.

Thanks

Hi,

Have You checked your Link Chield , Link Master Field options of your subform properties?

There you have to have the specified fields to have a link!
