14
Hello,

I used a form to enter records into a table, i want to be able to find a particular record, then delete it from the table via the form, without any interaction with the table.

I would like some suggestions as to how i can do this please, anyone?? Thanks!

Hi Nerry,

Welcome in the forum for Access!

In fact when you are in your form you can navigate between the records with the navigation boutons on the left bottom part of your form...

And when you are on a record you can delete it by clicking on the rectangular line with triangle or pen assigning what are you doing with the record...

It's located on the most left part of the form...

One time selected the record You can press the del bouton and after confirmation your record is delt!

:)

PS: PLS when you post don't use "help needed!" This isn't an attractive title of your post! And this can't help a lot others to really understand your problem! And when a solution is provided the number of users that can find easily your post is a very restricted!

Hello:
Advance to the record you want to delete in form view. Click the Delete button on toolbar. The record deletes automatically from the form and table.
