Repair Registry Accessreg.reg

I clicked on a registry file that did the below: How can I reverse
this?

Unless you were smart enough to make a backup, you're hosed. You'll
have to do it manually. Make sure you back it up before you do it,
because one wrong move can completely hose your system.
