"Search Key Not Found" When Importing or Linking

I see a few references to the above error, but haven't found why it may
be happening in my case. Have an Access 2003 DB and am trying to import
a text file into a new table. I'm just using the text import wizard.
Text file has field names. Tried having Access assign a key and tried
with no key. Also tried just linking to the text file. In all cases I
get the "Search Key Not Found" message. Also compacted and repaired and
tried again. DB was working fine for other files. File I'm importing
is 500,000KB though, could that be the problem?
