Query Help

P: 5
I need further help with a query...

I have a database which records all employees and what training courses they have attended. I want to run a query to find out who HASN'T done a particular course. I am a very basic query writer. When I type in the course code criteria eg not 278, I end up with everyone who hasn't done that course but all the courses they have done. So, their names sometimes appear 10 times. I only want the name to appear once - like in have they done that course. Can you help? Thanks so much...

Try using Find unmatched query wizard! From queries choose Query Wizard! and chouse the specified one!

It will guide you!

Best regards!
