automating the Automation

I have an A2K app that generates a mail message in Outlook. It
properly fills in the To and CC lines in Outlook, but Outlook doesn't
attempt to resolve the names until the user manually changes
something. (The user has to manually edit something on both the To
line and the CC line)

Anyone know of a way to force Outlook to attempt to resolve the names
so the user can simply click Send?

Typically that is not necessary. Just click Send and Outlook will
resolve at that time.

Among the oddities with this problem, it seems to be only with clients
using Outlook 2003. Outlook 2000 doesn't display the same
misbehavior.
