JPEG images

I would like to incorporate JPEG images into a database instead of BMPs. I know MS Office should be able to pull Photo Editor off of the startup CD, but if that is not an option what type of program should I consider? Are there downloadable options to allow the images or is there a program to purchase? Thanks.

Hi,

It seems that this is gotten from the registry of Windows.... It depends what software is bound in the respective registry!
