Creating Access Reports with Sub Reports

Hi
I am having problems designing a Report in Access 2000.

My master table is based on Job numbers, profiling Projects on which a number of staff are working.

For resourcing reasons we need to produce a weekly report detailing the jobs individuals are working on, person by person.

I have created queries for each individual by quoting the following fields: job number, job descrition and the employees reference (a tick box with criteria set to "like true"), and various other fields necessary to the report.

This has given me 21 separate queries, one for each staff member.

I have set up individual reports for each staff member using their individual query.

When I set up my master report, and drag in the sub-reports, I have the problem where the report is duplicated expotentially.

I understand that I need to use the "parent-child" method, can anyone explain to me how to do this? Or any other method?

Many thanks

It seems very difficult this that you are doing....

Why do not try one query for everybody and create the vision for one...

When you open your report the vision for one will be populated for each other...
