3 things

1)I have 2 forms, created from 2 tables. Patient Details and Placement
details. I have Full name and address on the patient Details form. I
want to auto fill the address once the full name has been selected.

2)Then I have a button to go to the Placement Details form with the
field Full name on. I want to press the button on the patient details
form to go to the Placement Details form, the Full name is
automatically filled in when I get to the Placement Details form. Once
this is done I want the placement details to auto fill as the name has
been entered.
3)I have a calculating field that adds up the placement amount per week
that the patient is there. I need it to add up the placement amount
for the dates that the patient is actually there. I have done this
code but it does a minus at the beginning of some of the calculations
and I cannot see why....

=(((IIf([tbl_Enddate]<=#31/03/2006#,[tbl_Enddate],#31/03/2006#))-(IIf([tbl_Effectdate]>#31/03/2005#,[tbl_Effectdate],#31/03/2005#)))/7)*[tbl_Weeklycost]
I have tried everything that I can think off, please can you help, once
these things are done the whole thing is virtually complete. I have
been trying to sort this out for a couple of weeks and think that I
have blinded myself.

thanks a million

Elaine
