I need urgent Access help for creating a directory

Hello everyone,

I have an urgent question. Can data be pulled from an access database table to create a directory that can be printed out and bound together?

I need to have each row of a database populate a preset page that will be used as a classmate directory. Each page will have info pertinent to an individual classmate. (one page per classmate) I don't want to input the data into a form since it's already been done into an Excel Spreadsheet (at almost 7,000 individual items that would have to be re-entered it would take too long).

This is what we need to produce or something like this (here's the layout of each page).

===================

the top portion of the page will contain the personal info of the classmate

[our city] High School Class of 1986 [centered]
School Logo [centered]

Name
Spouse Name
Address
City, State, Zip
Home Phone Work Phone Cell Phone
Email Address
Occupation
Number of Children
Children's Names

-----------------------------------

the bottom portion of the page will contain answered questions about things the classmate liked and did back in 1986 (graduation year)

Can this be done? Thanks in advance for any advice or help you can provide

Hi,

Of cours I've done the directory of our master school using Access database and Word Mail Merge!

But you can do it only in Access!

For our directory we have choosen Word as formatting the data because we would have to do an alphabetical index per pages and word is better if you don't like to do a programmation tasks to obtain this information!

So you have possibilities, see what you want and decide!
