Conditional Formatting

15
Hi there,
i would like to perform a conditional formatting in my form.

i have a table called CFailure that has variables PIDC & COMMENT; then an Attendance form whose record source is Attendance table. now in the Attendence form there is a field CTel; in this field i would like to put a condition that when the cursor reaches this put, there's a check that checks if COOMENT in the Cfailure table=1 then the colour for CTel textbox changes. How do i do that.
Hope am clear: it's urgent
Thanks
