Group multiple recors within a form

I am currenty building up a database for my employee evaluations. As
part of the evaluation, there is a written part (summary in memo form)
and a quantitative part (number ratings). On my form I have all the
number ratings listed in a row. Below that I have the summary text.

Not every employee has the same amount of evaluations (some have 1,
others 2, others 8, etc)...

Each of these evaluations is in a seperate record. Each record has
unique code for each employee. If an employee has multiple
evaluations, eacj evaluation will be linked to their employee code.

How can I list all of the evaluations for each employee on the same
page (or for that matter same record) in a report and/or form?

Use a subreport or subform. Link to the ID.
