Shows results on webpage based upon the user IP address

Say I have a table in a MS Access database (.mdb), that’s on the web, with two columns:
“IP” – these entries would be manually entered with certain IP addresses
“Text”

I would like a script on a webpage that would display a Text entry from the table, based upon the user’s Internet IP address (which would be in one of the IP entries in the database).

Right now I’m using Frontpage 2000 to develop my website and use some of its database features.

Thanks!
