E-mail a message from Access via Outlook

I'm looking for a very simple way, if possible, for a user to click a
command button called "Submit", that will send an e-mail to some
recipents telling them a form has been submitted.

Can any one tell me how to do this? I need the dummy version.

Thank you,
Chris

Look up SendObject in help. It will give you the syntax that you need
to do it.
