What does Me mean?

What does the "Me" before a command mean? :confused:

Me![Field1] for exemple makes reference to the current form and Field1 in the form

Me replaces the plain reference to the object usually a form or a report

If you have to write the plain reference you should type: Forms![My Form]![Field1]
