design a forum that posts multiple choice questions

1
hi, I'm a teacher and new ms access user. I'm intending to design an ms access db to post multiple choice questions each with 4 choices. I created 2 tables one for the questions and the other for the answers. The first has the fields:
  • question_no - number
  • question - text
  • answer - memo --- gives the full solution
The second has the fields:
  • question_no - number
  • answer_no - number
  • answer - text
  • t/f - text --- if this is the correct choice then the field is t, otherwise its f
My question is how to design a form that displays these two tables? I tried to design one but I couldn't get it right..

Thanks in advance

Before designing the form, it's better to create a relationship between the tables!

From Options you go to relationships, you click add table bouton to add the 2 tables

Then you click on question_no on the table Questions and you drag to question_no to the table answers

Then appears a dialog box with wich you create a relationshp between the tables! You have to select that one record from the table questions responds to many records from the table answers!

But before that the table questions have to had a Unique key question_no

And question_no in the table answers have to be with repetitions but indexed with dublicates!

When you are ready with this you can pass to step 2!

You go to the forms and select form wizard! You choose the creation of main subform and you follow the steps! You have to choose as a main source table
