detect locks

P: n/a
i am using msaccess for medical institute.
i have created different users using vba code by using global username
variable in vba code.
i want to know how to detect two users editing same record using vba
and give a message
instead of a default dialog box provided by msaccess.

When the error occurs, if fires of the forms OnErrer event. There is a
value to DataErr. Find out what it is and then do something like
If DataErr = 1 then
msgbox "Hi"
Response = addataerrcontinue
Endif
