load data from XML files to the existing Access tables HELP

2
I have 4 related tables in the Access database and data was sent me in XML files. I need to load data from XML files to my existing Access tables not just import XML files to the database.

Any suggestions/comments are greatly appreciated!

As I know for XML files they contain in they data ant decription of the table and the relations between tables.

So if you import your XML file as it is to Access and then from it Append the information to yours tables and after you delete the imported objects? This is not a convenient solution?
