Utility: Splash screen with version information

Free database with a splash screen that displays for 2 seconds on start-up,
and contains the information a user may need to give you when requesting
support:

Displays:
- MS Access version - indicates if user needs service pack;
- File Format - ver. and MDB/E, ADP/E, ACCDB/E;
- JET/ACE version - service pack info;
- JET User name - for Access permissions, logging;
- Windows user name - for Windows permissions, logging;
- Workstation name - for hardware corruption, logging;
- Location of data file - for attached table (identify wrong back end.)

Import module and splash form into your database.

For Access 97 through 2007.
