When i copied database to cd and i run it............

Hey guys, i have just copied my database to cd but am having sum
errors. When i open my database it prompts me for a password, after i
have entered the password. I get teh following message:

the database 'database name' is 'read only'

You're joking, right?

Access 101: When you burn a copy of your DB, the Properties change to
READ ONLY. Change the properties of your database.

Copying a file to a CD and running it from the CD is not the same as
copying to a floppy disk and running it from the floppy.

Copy the file from th CD back into your computer.
Right-click on the file and select Properties.
Uncheck toe Read Only check box.

You can then re-burn any changes back onto your CD if it is
Read/Write.
