Table with Data in Uppercase that needs to be "Proper" case

Could anyone please help me change data in uppercase to data in propercase
in MS Access?

UPDATE TableName
SET TableName.FieldName = strConv(TableName.FieldName, 3)

(please test on a copy of your table first)
