You wouldn't do it in code. You'd set your form up to use comboboxes
and textboxes. Comboboxes can be made visible (or not) in response to
actions, but they'll all load when the form loads.
Set the combobox's rowsource to a query? open the form in design view,
right-click the combobox, Click the Data tab, in the RowSource
property, click the ellipsis button and build the query.
