In a Query Listing one record several times

I have a table with multiple records and one field that determine
wheter or not the record is in use (Yes/No). I create a Query to list
all the Yes in that table BUT, when I list or run my query repeat
several times the record is qith a YES, Any suggestion about it? My
criteria is simple as =YES or Like Yes

Apologize guys....
I had open by mistake two tables for my query, one that I needed and
other that was linked but I do not needed it. Hidden the second table
everything works normal..
