Populating table from webform

Greetings.
Can somebody please point me in the direction of
good reference material with a 'how-to' on building
a web form that will post selected data from the form
to an Access (2002) as well as emailing the form results
in the normal way.

Any pointers gartefully accepted

I think I will steer clear of that jungle then!! ;o)

Actually there are some very nice, easy to use software that allow you
to create simple web pages that tie into a Jet database. Look in the
2nd link.
