Client-Server databases

P: 6
I normally develop programmes in Access only. But for one of my clients, their volume of work needs something a bit bigger. Would a cllient-server database using Access and MySQL be a good option?

For client -Server application with MYSQL I'm not sure that it can work! But maybe Front end application.
Client-Server is ok with MS SQL
I've been read that MS Access is the second front platform that is used with ORACLE after ORACLE applications!
