Fill recordset based on more than one combo box entry

I use combo boxes and a great little piece of code to fill a form with
a record set.
For example I want to search by Lastname and fill the form or by
company and fill the form, I will start typing the last name in a combo
and it fills ... press enter and the form fields load.

'Find the record that matches the pick.
Private Sub cbxLastName_AfterUpdate()
Dim rs As Object

Set rs = Me.Recordset.Clone
rs.FindFirst "[LastName] = '" & Me![cbxLastName] & "'"

If Not rs.EOF Then Me.Bookmark = rs.Bookmark

End Sub

My problem is, they want to be able to fill in the last name and the
first name because there are about 8,500 names in the database and the
last name will likely turn out to be someone else.

I have some ideas on this but nothing that feels real good to me.

Any suggestions?
