P: n/a
Hello all

Environment:
Multiple employees enter their expense report information
I have Access Security to the database

What I want is when the employees form opens, it will automatically
show his information...I dont want to be clicking on the navigation

You need to identify the user and his/hers EmployeeID
You can identify the user from Access security (maybe) or WindowsLogon (sure)
You need a lookuptable to look up the EmployeeID

Suppose I am this user and my EmployeeNumber =987
Code to open the form:
Docmd.OpenForm "FrmEmployees", , , "ID=987"

I got it working, what I did is:
DoCmd.FindRecord (CurrentUser)
and that find the currentuser that is logon

Thank you anyways

Glad it works.

FindRecord finds my record indeed but now I might navigate to your record easily? and muck it up ;-)
You still might consider to use a where-clause... so the form is only opened showing my record.
