help with deleted switchboard form?

1
I accidentally deleted the switchboard item in form list. Anyone know where I can get my switchboard back? The Switchboard Items in table list is still there. I can also view all the switchboard pages and commands I created in Switchboard manager. But there is no way I can bring the switchboard back.
BTW, I am using Access 2003.
Anyone got any suggestions? Thanks!

The switchboard is a standard common design. You could try to copy and paste from design view in another database. You might have to reload the events from the table but its the best I can come up with.

Try

Create a Blank Database. Then go to File - Get External Data, find your original Database, and import the Switchboard Table into the blank one. Close the blank database down, and open the original one. Go to Tables, and delete the Switchboard Table. Then If you go to Switchboard Manager, it will let you create another Switchboard. After doing this go to Tables again, and delete the Switchboard Table just created. Then the last thing to do is, go to File - Get External Data, find the blank database, and import your Table back. The information in this should feed the Switchboard it's old information.
