Re-order a Combo Menu

I have a combo field in access 97, which you select customers from, but
if you add a new customer into the customer accounts it put them at the
bottom of the combo menu. Is there a way to make all new entries be
placed in order, so that when you look at the combo box it is already
in alphabetical order. I have gone into the table and put it in order,
but when you use the combo menu it is out of order again.

By definition, the Records in Tables in Relational Databases are un-ordered.
You order them by sorting them in a Query, or retrieving with an SQL
statement containing an ORDER BY clause.
